Exercise #805: Sound
Posted  5/10/19

Today you have to find your own sound. You may already have one! Describe for us a sound that soothes you; one that you find relaxing, or which allows you to relax better (they aren’t the same thing, honestly).

Got one? Good! Give us a scene involving your sound and tell us what it is.

Don’t have one? Do a Web search for “soothing sounds” - there are a surprising number of audio tracks on YouTube of up to ten hours. Got one now? Good! See above. Include the link to your found sound, if you like.

No inspiration? Set up your sound to play, close your eyes and listen. Then write!

Critiquers, along with the usual grammar, spelling, etc, review, consider these questions:
     * Can you tell how the SUB relates to the sound?
     * Why or why not?

Word limit: 1200
Please use the subject line
       SUB: Exercise #805/yourname
