Today’s Scene exercise comes to us from Joyce Handzo.
This morning, when you check your email, one message catches your eye. The subject line says, “This must be what you’ve been looking for,” and while you don’t recognize the address right away, you have sent your request out to a bunch of places. It looks official. The body of the message is professional, and there is an address and phone number at the bottom.
There’s also an attachment, so you double-click on it. It opens, and . . .
